      • Bir RALN hesabınız varsa, lütfen giriş yapın (UTZ Academy Online hesapları da RALN'de kullanılabilir). Şifrenizi hatırlamıyorsanız, şifrenizi sıfırlayabilirsiniz. 
      • Henüz bir RALN hesabınız yoksa lütfen yeni bir hesap oluşturup kaydolun. Talebinize yanıt özelliği taşıyan bir e-posta ve kısa bir süre içinde hesabınızı kendinizin onaylayabileceği bir bağlantı içeren ikinci bir e-posta tarafınıza gönderilecektir. Lütfen bu süreyi göz önünde bulundurarak, eğitiminiz için hesaba ihtiyaç duymadan en az 24 saat önce kaydolun. 
      • Hesabınızı onayladıktan sonra, giriş yapın ve ardından eğitiminizle ilgili davet e-postasında size verilen bağlantıya gidin. 
      • Eğitim sayfanıza kaydolmak tarafınıza gönderilen e-postada bulunan kayıt anahtarını kullanın. Eğitim sayfanızı artık kontrol paneli sayfasındaki "Kursuma genel bakış" kısmı altında görebilirsiniz.

      Her bireyin öğrenme geçmişini ayrı hesaplar yerine tek bir hesapta doğru bir şekilde koruyabilmemiz için mükerrer hesapların oluşturulmasından kaçınmaya çalışıyoruz. Bunun için, mükerrer hesap oluşturmanın önüne geçmek amacıyla her yeni kullanıcı hesabı talebini mevcut hesaplarla karşılaştırıyoruz. Yeni bir hesap talebinin bilgileriyle eşleşen mevcut bir hesap bulmamız durumunda, bir çözüm bulabilmemiz için taleple ilişkili herhangi bir e-posta/bütün e-postalar ve mevcut hesap üzerinden talepte bulunan kişiyle iletişime geçeriz.
