      LÀM THẾ NÀO ĐỂ ĐĂNG KY TÀI KHOẢN? 

      • Truy cập https://learn-tst.ra.org 
      • Nếu bạn có tài khoản RALN, vui lòng đăng nhập (các tài khoản của Học Viện UTZ Trực Tuyến cũng sẽ hoạt động trên RALN). Nếu không thể nhớ mật khẩu của mình, bạn có thể đặt lại mật khẩu. 
      • Nếu bạn vẫn chưa có tài khoản RALN, vui lòng đăng ký tài khoản mới. Bạn sẽ nhận được một email phản hồi yêu cầu và sau đó không lâu là một email thứ hai kèm liên kết để bạn có thể tự xác nhận tài khoản của mình. Vui lòng dành chút thời gian xác nhận và đăng ký ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi cần tài khoản để tham gia khóa đào tạo. 
      • Sau khi bạn đã xác nhận tài khoản của mình, hãy đăng nhập và sau đó truy cập liên kết được gửi cho bạn trong email mời tham dự khóa đào tạo. 
      • Sử dụng nút ghi danh có trong cùng email này để ghi danh trên trang đào tạo của bạn. Hiện bạn có thể thấy trang đào tạo của mình ở phần “My course overview” (Tổng quan về khóa đào tạo của tôi) trên trang tổng quan. 

       

      TẠI SAO TÔI CẦN ĐỢI QUẢN TRỊ VIÊN XÁC NHẬN KHI ĐĂNG KÝ? 

      Chúng tôi cố gắng tránh tạo các tài khoản trùng lặp để có thể duy trì chính xác lịch sử học tập của mỗi cá nhân trong một tài khoản, thay vì nhiều tài khoản riêng biệt. Để làm vậy, chúng tôi kiểm tra từng yêu cầu tạo tài khoản người dùng mới với các tài khoản hiện tại để tránh trùng lặp. Trong trường hợp tìm thấy một tài khoản hiện tại có thông tin khớp với yêu cầu tạo tài khoản mới, chúng tôi sẽ liên hệ với người yêu cầu qua bất kỳ/tất cả các email liên kết với yêu cầu đó và tài khoản hiện tại để có thể tìm ra giải pháp. 

       

      LÀM THẾ NÀO ĐỂ THAY ĐỔI THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN LIÊN KẾT VỚI TÀI KHOẢN CỦA TÔI? 

      1. Đăng nhập vào RALN 

      2. Nhấp vào tên của bạn ở góc trên bên phải của trang 

      3. Nhấp vào “profile” (hồ sơ) 

      4. Nhấp vào “edit profile” (chỉnh sửa hồ sơ) trên trang hồ sơ của bạn 

      5. Thay đổi thông tin bạn muốn thay đổi 

      6. Lưu thay đổi của bạn 

       

      TÔI KHÔNG THỂ ĐĂNG NHẬP VÀO TÀI KHOẢN HIỆN TẠI CỦA TÔI 

      Trong trường hợp bạn quên tên người dùng hoặc mật khẩu, vui lòng cố gắng khôi phục tại đây. Nếu không còn sử dụng địa chỉ email bạn đã dùng để tạo tài khoản bạn mà đang cố truy cập, vui lòng liên hệ với learn@ra.org để chúng tôi có thể làm mới thông tin đăng nhập của bạn
