      WIE ZEICHNE ICH MEINE LERNFORTSCHRITTE AUF? 

      Das RALN ist eine Lernplattform auf Grundlage von Moodle, und Ihre Lernfortschritte werden auf verschiedene Weise und an verschiedenen Orten aufgezeichnet. Voraussetzung für die Aufzeichnung Ihrer Lernfortschritte ist, dass Sie ein Konto haben und angemeldet sind. Einige Online-Kurse sind auch mit Gastzugang zugänglich. Sie benötigen hierfür kein Konto und müssen sich nicht anmelden, aber das bedeutet auch, dass Ihre Lernfortschritte dann nicht aufgezeichnet werden. 

      • Ihr Dashboard ist die Landingpage, die erscheint, nachdem Sie sich angemeldet haben. Hier finden Sie alle Schulungen und Online-Kurse, für die Sie eingeschrieben sind, und Sie können auch Ihre Lernfortschritte in jeder einzelnen Schulung und jedem einzelnen Kurs verfolgen. Wenn Sie im Dashboard weiter nach unten scrollen, sehen Sie auch Ihre Abzeichen (digitale Auszeichnungen, die Sie erhalten, nachdem Sie auf den einzelnen Seiten der Schulungen und Online-Kurse bestimmte Lernziele erreicht haben). Bitte beachten Sie: Wenn Sie auf Ihrer Dashboard-Seite unter „Meine Kurse“ keine Kurse finden, bedeutet dies, dass Sie (noch) nicht für eine Schulung oder einen Online-Kurs eingeschrieben sind. Bitte lesen Sie den Abschnitt darüber, wo sie nach verfügbaren Schulungen und Online-Kursen suchen können. 
      • Auf Ihrer Profilseite – erreichbar über die obere rechte Ecke der Seite – können Sie Ihre Kurse, Abzeichen, Lernpläne, Kompetenzen und Ergebnisse einsehen. 
      • Auf jeder Kursseite können Sie Ihre Lernfortschritte verfolgen: anhand der angekreuzten Kästchen neben den einzelnen Aktivitäten und anhand des Fortschritts-Kästchens auf der rechten Seite.

      ICH HABE EINE SCHULUNG ODER EINEN ONLINE-KURS ABGESCHLOSSEN. WO FINDE ICH MEIN ZERTIFIKAT? 

      Zertifikate werden gegebenenfalls nach Abschluss wichtiger Meilensteine in einem Lernpfad ausgestellt und stehen automatisch nach Abschluss der Hauptaktivitäten zur Verfügung. Dies beinhaltet für gewöhnlich das Absolvieren einer Aufgabe oder eines Tests am Ende einer Schulung oder eines Online-Kurses. Die Zertifikate finden Sie auf den einzelnen Kursseiten der Schulungen und Online-Kurse. Sie können kein Zertifikat finden? Das kann einen der folgenden Gründe haben: 

      • Nicht für alle Schulungen oder Online-Kurse werden Zertifikate ausgestellt. Ob ein Zertifikat ausgestellt wird oder nicht, hängt von der Gestaltung und dem Zweck der jeweiligen Schulung und des jeweiligen Online-Kurses ab. 
      • Möglicherweise haben Sie das Ende Ihrer Schulung oder Ihres Online-Kurses noch nicht erreicht, und möglicherweise müssen Sie noch Aufgaben erledigen oder Feedback übermitteln, bevor Sie Ihr Zertifikat erhalten. 
      • Ihr Zertifikat ist derzeit vielleicht noch für die Teilnehmenden verborgen und wird erst in Kürze von dem bzw. der TrainerIn freigeschaltet. Wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass Sie das Ende Ihrer Schulung oder Ihres Online-Kurses erreicht haben und Ihr Zertifikat erhalten sollten, wenden Sie sich bitte an den bzw. die TrainerIn oder an learn@ra.org. 

      ICH HABE ALLE VERFÜGBAREN AKTIVITÄTEN AUF DER KURSSEITE ABGESCHLOSSEN, ABER MEIN FORTSCHRITT ZEIGT UNTER 100 % AN. WIE IST DAS MÖGLICH? 

      Bei abgeschlossenen Aktivitäten ist das graue „Auswahlkästchen“-Symbol aktiviert. Wenn Sie alle sichtbaren Aktivitäten auf der Kursseite abgeschlossen haben und Ihr Fortschrittsrad (Kursseite) oder Ihr Fortschrittsbalken (Dashboard) für die Schulung oder den Online-Kurs, an der oder an dem Sie teilnehmen, dennoch unter 100 % anzeigt, sind einige Aktivitäten möglicherweise noch für Sie verborgen. Diese werden von der Person, die den Kurs leitet (TrainerIn), rechtzeitig freigeschaltet. Wenn Sie glauben, dass es verborgene Aktivitäten gibt, die für Sie bereits sichtbar sein sollten, wenden Sie sich bitte an den bzw. die TrainerIn und an learn@ra.org.
